Minutes of meeting of Chief Adviser/Dy. Chief Adviser and all

Staff Advisers held on February 1, 2007 at 6:30 PM at the Hobbies Club.

The agenda items were discussed and resolved as under.

   1. Putting up of DJ by Nestle has to be worked out again.     
   2. The process of giving gifts given by the companies to the prize winners to be formalized.     
   3. Design of the leaflets of Srishti’07 was reviewed and they are to be printed and put in the newspapers on Sunday.     
   4. Budget of Srishti’07 was discussed and it was decided to review the budget a week later.     
   5. Hobbies Club board, banners, flex to be designed.     
   6. Applications to be sent for the booking of UGES, DOMS, Guest house, hostels and institute vehicles.     
   7. Postal department to be contacted for entries in the Philately and Numismatics section. Also, a category for foreign students to be introduced in the section.     
   8. Application to be sent to the electrical division for maintenance.     
   9. Plan of Hobbies Club, Srishti timetable along with venue to be prepared.    
  10. Invitations for Srishti’07 to be sent to the faculty members, schools and nearby institutions.    
  11. Next meeting to be held on 8th February, 2007.
